This is an 8″ x 10″ watercolor on canvas of a stream that is almost frozen in winter. It is finished with a silver canvas float frame. The painting is treated with a UV varnish coating for protection. This watercolor does not need to be framed under glass.
The scene depicts a stream that has just begun freezing over. You can still see the reflection of the snow in the partially frozen water. The leaves are gone from the trees as they begin their winter’s sleep.
