Leaping Lipizzaner Horse Note Card
This note card is from the painting Leaping Lipizzaner by Kristine Plum. The painting is a transparent watercolor and no white paint was used. The light areas you see are the white of the watercolor paper showing through. The Lipizzaner breed of horses is a very old breed and almost went extinct during World War II. They were saved from Austria and are now breeding at the Spanish Riding School back in Austria and also at Tempal Farms in northern Illinois, USA. There may be other breeding facilities that I am not aware of.
The note cards are printed on quality linen paper with a black border. They are 4 1/2″ x 6 1/4″ and blank inside.
