This is an image size 4″ x 4″ watercolor painting on paper of a Magnolia Flower. The Saucer variety of Magnolia in the mid-west has a pinkish purple tinge on the underside of it’s petals. It is much smaller than the famous Magnolias of the south. This painting is matted to fit an 8″ x 8″ frame. The double matting is Ivory with a rose grey inset. It should be framed under glass. It is currently framed in white wood with a flower relief.
